By registering for and attending this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
02 About the Workshop
This workshop provides practical education on using AI tools to improve productivity, complete business tasks more efficiently, and develop skills that may be applied in freelance, business support, or entrepreneurial settings.
The workshop is educational in nature and is not an accredited qualification or employment program.
03 No Employment or Income Guarantee
Participation in this workshop does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Freelance work
- Business opportunities
- Clients
- Income
- Financial success
- Any specific personal or professional outcome
Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, skills, market demand, and the actions you take after completing the workshop.
04 Workshop Fees
Your registration fee includes the workshop experience and the inclusions advertised at the time of registration, which may include venue hire, children's play centre entry, children's meals, training materials, and workshop delivery.
05 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because places are limited and we commit to venue hire, catering, and other event costs in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made at least three (3) full days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than three (3) days before the workshop are non-refundable.
- If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, your registration fee is non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
06 Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Attend with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat other participants respectfully.
- Follow any reasonable instructions provided during the workshop.
- Bring a fully charged laptop and mobile phone unless otherwise advised.
- Be responsible for their own personal belongings.
07 Children
Children attending the play centre remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
This workshop is designed for children who are comfortable playing independently within the play centre environment.
Parents should ensure their child is appropriately supervised in accordance with the play centre's policies.
08 Photography and Video
We may take photographs and video recordings during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes.
You will always be asked for your consent before identifiable images or videos of you or your children are used in marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before the workshop begins.
09 Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, templates, guides, presentations, and resources remain the intellectual property of the workshop organiser unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10 Third-Party Software
During the workshop, participants may be introduced to third-party software and AI platforms.
Separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, and subscription fees may apply to those platforms.
We are not responsible for the operation, pricing, availability, or policies of any third-party software provider.
11 Disclaimer
The workshop provides educational information only.
Participants are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any work produced using AI tools before using or delivering it to clients, employers, or other third parties.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the workshop.
Our total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the workshop.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13 Privacy
Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administering the workshop, communicating with participants, and providing workshop-related information.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14 Changes to the Workshop
We reserve the right to change workshop dates, locations, presenters, or content if reasonably necessary.
If we cancel a workshop, participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future session.
